Restack: shifted, leaning or refused loads
The load is taken down, rebuilt onto sound pallets and sent back out. Restack starts at $85 per pallet, fix and wrap is $45, wrap only is $25. Send photos first: complex or unstable loads are priced by a manager after inspection.
After 5 PM and weekends: by appointment
Late freight is worked the same way as daytime freight: cross-dock, transload, restack, unload, storage in and out. The surcharge follows the hour the work is actually performed: arrive at 4:45 PM, get worked at 7:30 PM, and that is a 7–8 PM job.
Hold it, combine it or send it on
A load that cannot deliver today can wait on the floor at the daily rate. Small shipments heading the same way are consolidated into fuller loads. The outbound leg goes to your truck, a truck we arrange, or local delivery from $350 depending on distance.
