Our standard pallet rate is based on a 40" × 48" pallet with an approximate height of 50". Oversized pallets are calculated proportionally based on the amount of standard pallet space they occupy: a double-size pallet is billed as X2, a triple-size as X3, and so on, up to X8.

We provide up to 2 hours of free storage after freight is received or processed. If freight is not picked up within the free 2-hour window, storage charges apply for a full day. Short-term storage is $4 per pallet per day; long-term storage is $75 per standard pallet per month.

Oversized, double-stacked, or non-standard long-term storage requests are reviewed individually and may require custom pricing.

Pallet restacking, rework, product adjustment, wrapping and freight recovery. Pricing depends on the condition of the freight and the amount of labor required. For complex freight, damaged pallets, unstable loads or special handling, final pricing may be confirmed by a manager after inspection.

We provide fulfillment support for businesses that need product preparation, packaging, labeling, and shipment coordination for platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. Because projects vary significantly, pricing is provided individually after reviewing the product, volume, packaging requirements, and scope of work.

Standard warehouse hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, first come, first served. After-hours fees are based on the actual time the service is performed — not the driver's arrival time. Service after 9:00 PM must be approved in advance by management.
