What the dock does
What is handled at 99 Kero Rd:
- Cross-docking in New Jersey: inbound freight moves straight to outbound trucks with minimal or no storage time. Pallet handling is $10 per pallet in and out, with a $100 minimum.
- Transloading near Port Newark: container-to-trailer and trailer-to-trailer transfers, done the same day.
- Freight rework and pallet restacking: shifted, leaning and damaged loads are recovered, restacked and secured.
- Pallet storage in Carlstadt, short-term and monthly; the first 2 hours on arrival are free.
- Floor-loaded container unloading: cartons are hand-unloaded and built onto standard 40×48 pallets.
- Amazon FBA prep in New Jersey: labeling, polybagging, bundling, kitting and carton compliance for Amazon, Walmart, Etsy and Shopify, priced per project.
- After-hours cross-dock by appointment, confirmed by a manager; after-hours fees follow the time the work is done.
- Local pickup and final-mile delivery from Carlstadt, on trucks arranged through carrier partners.

- Trucks are arranged, not owned. A broker of property books freight with motor carriers; it is not one. Drayage, local delivery and LTL or truckload moves run on trucks arranged through carrier partners.
- Insurance: general liability. A certificate of insurance (COI) is available on request.
