What is your standard pallet size?

Our standard pallet size is 40" × 48" with an approximate height of 50".

How much do you charge for standard pallet handling?

Standard pallet handling is $10 per pallet for In / Out service.

How are oversized pallets billed?

Oversized pallets are billed proportionally based on how many standard pallet spaces they occupy. For example, a double-size pallet is billed as X2.

Do you offer free storage?

Yes. We provide up to 2 hours of free storage. After that, storage charges apply.

How much is short-term storage?

Short-term storage is $4 per pallet per day after the first 2 free hours.

How much is long-term storage?

Long-term storage starts at $49 per standard pallet per month.

What are your warehouse hours?

Our standard warehouse hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do you offer after-hours service?

Yes. After-hours service is available with additional fees depending on the actual time the service is performed. After 8:00 PM and on weekends — by prior confirmation only, call the manager.

Are after-hours fees based on arrival time?

No. After-hours fees are based on the actual time the warehouse service is performed, not the driver's arrival time.

What is your cut-off time?

Our cut-off time is 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Service after 8:00 PM and on weekends is by prior confirmation only — call the manager.

Do you offer fulfillment services?

Yes. We offer fulfillment support, including product preparation, packaging, labeling, and shipment coordination. Fulfillment pricing is customized based on the project.
